This unique space fosters creativity and showcases the aesthetics of life in a succinct and inspiring manner
The design of the Ziwei Yunshang Demonstration Area in Xi'an, China, is not only a redefinition of space, but also an interpretation of lifestyle.
Our founder and principal, Simon Chong and his design team combined the design concepts of urban modern art, breaking through traditional forms of expression to create a vibrant, modern space. The design is inspired by Italo Calvino's novel, "The Baron in the Trees", emphasizing the importance of observing the world from different perspectives. This was not only a challenge to design, but exudes a profound reflection on human nature and the environment. In this project, the flexible spatial structure and the simple interior temperament complement each other, creating a light and agile atmosphere and allowing every visitor to experience a unique brand experience.
Utilising colour contrasts and manipulating changes in light and shadow, the design team conscientiously used refined materials such as marble, brass and leather to inject a quiet and calm beauty into the space. The connection between indoor and outdoor allows the rhythm of nature to flow here, adding a touch of poetry to everyday life.
